So for M&M there are no differences based on country of residence other than the 20% discount voucher?
With a BAEC address in continental Europe you also receive the GUF2 voucher at 2.000 TPs instead of 2.500 in the UK. (not sure where the threshold is in the US). The credit card option needs furhter evaluation. BA now have a Visa card in Germany that also offers 241 flights after reaching (IIRC) €20k spend per annum. Not sure either about the Swiss CC options.
