Got my Chase Platinum Visa in 2007.
Been wearing the numbers off of it ever since.
Just got my December Visa statement, which included the charge for the $140 annual fee.
Called both Chase and UA and they both told me that the fee will be "credited" back, but only $60 of it?
1st qualified for 1K in late 2007 and requal'ed with ease this past year, so AFAIK I should get full credit for the fee.
Anyone else experience this?

Just call back and talk to another CSR: you will get your $140 credited back. I had this last year -- one call, a short wait and I was told I'd get a letter (which I did) a couple of weeks later detailing the credit.
