When I saw the title I was hoping it was the start of the soft product enhancements and they were going to arrange for special services type people to meet you off the aircraft, escort you straight to the front of any queues at the FCC and security etc. etc.
No, we will just give you some crappy card that tells you what flight they have put you on next and oh, by the way there are lots of nice shops and lounges for you to visit whilst you wait hours for the onward connection you missed
