I recently had a poor experience with them over Christmas. My wife and I showed up at the airport for a flight from Saigon to Chiang Rai, with a tranfer in Bangkok. When we checked in, they told us our flight from BKK to CEI had been changed to DMK and that I now had a 5 hour layover, let alone having to transfer across town to another airport. No mention of this prior to our showing up at the airport. Fortunately, a little discussion with the manager got things squared away and we were put on our original flights.

Perhaps they'll learn someday, but I'm not holding my breathe!
