Salad
- Arugula and baby spinach with carrot julienne, sliced cucumbers with either Caesar or Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing

Main
- Braised beef short ribs
or
- Sesame crusted chicken with orange ginger hoisin sauce
or
- Poached slipper lobster with seafood cream sauce
or
- Italian vegetable ravioli with roasted capsicum and garlic olive oil

Dessert
- Ice cream with sundae toppings
- Cheese selection (King island blue cheese, Leicester, Camembert)

Mid-flight Snack
- Warm Australian beef burgundy meat pie ^
- Chilled Vietnamese vegetarian sandwich
- Macadamia nut candy
- Chips

Breakfast
- Poached eggs Florentine with Hollandaise sauce
or
- Fresh seasonal fruit plate with creamy yogurt

Inflight service was good, and 2 F/As came around often to make sure my glass was not empty.
