Excellent! I think they are survived to be alive today. I think they will be towed the aircraft to the shores to need get fixed the aircraft immediately. The pilots are very fabulous job for made emergency landing near approached into LGA.
I agree the people are very lucky for all to have survived.
The crew did a great job getting the plane down.
This pilot and crew will not have to wonder what they could have done differently to salvage a bad situation and can be greatful that skill and training won the day.
The airplane is probably a total loss since it has been submerged in briney water. Corrosion would be a serious ongoing problem if an attempt is made to return the aircraft to a flyable condition. Could be patched up for a static display somewhere.
