3. That assigned seating will somehow get you an open middle seat more often.

4. That, as a 2P, you have a shot at an exit row.

5. That, as a 2P, a 25% mileage bonus will result in a free ticket with fewer BIS miles than 16 segments at Southwest (this may vary depending on the length of your flights).

6. That TED is dead. Some aircraft have been repainted but they still have the TED seating, TED printed on the bulkheads and they still use the TED video.

7. That Channel 9 will be available on every flight.

8. That the in-flight audio system will have music you actually like.

9. That, as a dirt status member, it is worth $39 to upgrade to E+.

10. That as a dirt status member, it is worth $150 or more to upgrade to F for a 2 hour flight.

11. That, as a 2P, the cost to upgrade to F is worth it.

12. That the process of buying 500-mile upgrades, but having to use, for example, two 500-mile coupons to upgrade a 770 mile flight is somehow fair. Why can't it be 100-mile upgrade coupons (at 1/5 the cost of a 500-mile coupon), then use 8 coupons for a 770 mile flight? Why can't we get rid of coupons all together and upgrade at a "cost per mile" rate of say 10 cents per mile?

13. That United's international service in business or first class is as good as other international carriers.

14. That with oil at $40 per barrel, the bag fees are still needed.

15. That there should be change fees.
Did UA or any UA employees actually made all these public statements in print, ad, on-board?

This post is seriously misleading!
