I sent mine in on 12/31/08 and called around 1/12/09 and the rep i talked to was suprised it hadn't happened and was sure it was lost. She had me fax it to her directly. Once that i refaxed it showed up on the website in 48 hours. From other comments and people I PM'd concured with a 1 week turn around

I also want to note that any reservations booked prior to the status match will not show your status on your reservation. The rep i called had had to note my status so they didn't take me out of the exit row
