Doubtful you'd get that far but I suspect the US agent would punch your ticket and have you sent straight to the nearest hospital. Probably airline policy that any and all pax onboard an a/c involved in such an incident be medically evaluated. This of course assumes you can get out of the police/NTSB quarantine they'll toss everyone into.
