"Live" shots are hard to determine but the one I'm seeing now shows it completely submerged. Since all the boats and tugs are still in the area I assume it is floating just below the surface.

I'll add my kudos to the great job by the pilots. Can't wait to see the videos of the landing as they start showing up on YouTube.
