So, I submitted my request and documentation for a status match 3 weeks ago. Still no word. Emailed them 10 days ago, was told they are still processing it.

I have an upcoming itinerary on NW and because I have no status I am in the crappiest seats on the plane and would like to have the ability to select better seats without paying the extra charges and also potentially FC upgrades. Should I call the WP service center? Should I email again???
