Baggage cut off is the same as the checkin cutoff. At most airports, its 30 minutes, but at the hubs and some other busier airports, its 45. You should be able to stand by on a later flight, but beware, as this will only work if there are available seats at the time of a later departure, and if not, you will be SOL.
