In my opinion, a waste of time.
The one time I did use them, for a "4 star" hotel in Rome, we checked out right away. At least they refunded 2 of the 3 nights charges. I should have known as the price was too low.
I used to check them all the time and found nothing but prices higher than even the chain's web site rates, or low rated hotels at prices that were not much different nor lower than better known and desireable hotels.
