I can only tell you of my experience at the Conrad.

Breakfast was a full hot meal in the lounge both western and asian choices.

Drinks are available at night and no limit. Very attentive staff at the Conrad. There is also a little side area that is remote from the rest of the lounge very nice.

The harder part might be getting your guest into the lounge with no status. I am Diamond and had no problem. I can't comment on getting in the Conrad lounge with no status.
