AFAIK, it is in effect starting Jan 15, so unfortunately you will have to bide with the new features too. I was not aware of such change as well until the CSR told me that when I was inquiring about my executive plat MC. The application website does not matter as much as the it's main card features/benefits site has already updated the new changes.
