Last Monday after work I mailed a request for missing flight credits along with the corresponding boarding passess to Diamond Club in the UK. Considering that I live in Canada, I had used regular post and my flights were with AC and SQ, you can imagine my surprise when I checked my account balance on-line yesterday to find that all 3 flight credits had been posted! That took less than 8 days! All I can say is WOW and well done Diamond Club!
