I just noticed something else.
On my girlfriends online statement, the Current Balance at the top of the statement is about over 6000 miles more than the Current Balance at the bottom of the statement.
The lesser balance at the bottom seems to be correct based on beginning balance + miles posted for the month = current balance.
Does the greater balance at the top represent her balance which inlcludes more bonuses which she is due but havent posted yet?
