Thanks for all the replies on the Park 360 package. Doesn't sound like anyone has actually used it, but the analysis makes sense. Looking at what's available on the web site for the days of my stay, the Hyatt Daily Rate (room only) is $557.58 for a standard room, $585.46 ($30 extra) for the "Awaken" package (room+breakfast), and $664.81 ($80 more) for the Park 360 package. The Awaken package seems like good value to me, assuming it's a full breakfast (not the minimal continental described in other posts). The $80 per night over and above that for the tea, drinks, spa access and airport transport also makes sense as that's only another $240 for a three night stay and a free ride to the airport (if I can get it) more than covers that.
