You deserve a modular answer.

1. If it is a shorthaul 320/319 with the 'classic' adjustable-width seating, then the front row of enonomy is always snugged as 2+3

2. If it is one of the newer 319's with the fixed 3+3 seating all the way, including in biz, then the front row of economy will be, you've guessed it, 3+3

3. If it is a midhaul 320 or 321, then the front row of economy is always 3+3.

LHR-DUB is normally option 1, with G-MIDP and G-MIDR
