When I booked my RTW, there were many agents who said it couldn't be done (for a RTW).

Recently, with all my award mile burning, I've found that the female agents are much better than the male agents. Even when I found a couple of really friendly guys, later I found out that they had messed the awards up, or charged me a change fee.

Oh, how I wish we could connect with our preferred agent.
