US Airways and United Airlines Star Gold status does not give you access to Star Gold designated lounges (US Clubs, Envoy lounge, RCCs) in the United States if you are flying on a domestic USA/N. America ticket.
You need a same day Star Alliance international ticket to access the Star Gold designated lounges.
