I agree, if you have FL access, that should be perfectly acceptable. The Terraces dinner is only available to BA Club World passengers and CX First Class passengers. The AA FL has a reasonably robust food spread out throughout the day, including a full hot buffet around dinner time.
PS, is Wi-Fi free in Terraces/First in T7? I can't remember. I've always had to pay for T-mobile at just about every other BA Terraces lounge. It's definitely free in the AA FL -- the receptionist will give you a voucher. But both lounges have free computers with internet.
