Regarding the Park 360 Question.
Yes, as Richard says there really isn`t enough info to decide conclusively whether or not you should go for the package.
I stay at this property regularly (and did much more so before I lived in Tokyo), and have never gotten that package. The reason for this is that as a diamond the Club on the Park and breakfast benefits are redundant, and I stay on a corporate rate, so I get a better deal doing things my own way.
Note that both the awaken package and 360 include breakfast, so the breakfast is not even a consideration. The difference is spa access (Club on the park access is worth having, the facilities are far superior to the ones that all guests have access to), the tea, the drinks, and the transportation (assuming that can be used on the way back to Narita)
So, are these benefits over the awaken package worth an additional $80? All other things aside, yes, absolutely. Spa access for two each day will cost even more than $80 alone on an a la carte basis.
The question of whether this rate is the best deal you can get, depends on what other kinds of corporate deals, FHR deals, etc... you can get. Also it of course depends on whether or not you intend to use the services anyway.
Personally, I don`t care as much about the tea and cocktails... because it`s more likely than not that the hotel`s objective, especially with the New York Bar, is to entice you to go there, and then once the Jazz starts and your "happy hour" is over they hope you will stay longer and run up a high bill.
So that`s another thing, even with the package deals, if you do decide to take advantage of them, be aware that there will perhaps be additional (perhaps significant) charges for items and services you charge in addition to what`s provided by the package.
Lastly, ask the hotel if they can simply offer you a "relaxation package" that is what I used to use before I was a diamond. That package used to offer breakfast (full American or Japanese, not only continental) + spa access. It was a very good deal, and if they still offer it, you might consider it. It would include everything but the tea, drinks, and airport transfer.
Don`t forget that this is a true luxury hotel, and in fact the best in Tokyo. The bill for incidentals at this hotel, unless you are careful will mount the same way it would at the Ritz in Paris, etc...
Anyway, enjoy your stay. Rates and prices aside, it`s an amazing hotel!
