PacSafe Strapsafe - Anybody tried it?

Did anybody try the luggage strap from Pacsafe? See here
http://www.amazon.com/Pacsafe-Straps...911407&sr=8-15

It says you cannot loosen it when locked and that this technology is called Baggage Constrictor. I already have a well working luggage strap from Brookstone (same mfr as EagleCreek for this strap) but I tried and it is very easy to loosen when locked.

So I wonder if the Safestrap really keeps its promise.

In addition, Safestrap is the ONLY strap that has the search alert window. This indicates when it has been opened by TSA. Very helpful, I find. Of course, I wouldn't need a new strap just for that. I could just as well use some tamperseal zip ties or actually sacrifice some envelopes and stick that to the alu suitcase which already has TSA locks.

All of which is kind of involved and the strap if it really doesn't loosen would neatly do the trick.
