Yep, some pretty fierce winds aloft today... The charts were showing winds of 150 knots out of the southwest at 36,000 feet pretty much all along the East Coast.

I flew 1416, TPA-BDL, today and it was roughly 1.5 hr shorter than the BDL-TPA southbound leg, DL1417, thanks to the headwind. Fun times. ^
