Is there a way to get the actual receipt (not the printed internet receipt) for a ticket purchased online? I am going to do some consulting in the Middle East and they want proof of the ticket cost.

Also, Does anyone know if I book through business class through Lufthansa and there is a domestic leg operated by United if I will be in first for that? All it says when booking on Lufthansa is "Business" for my flight from PDX to ORD, but that is a two class aircraft.
