Had an slight issue this evening (booking Ding! fares), realized my mistake and immediately canceled the new itin.
Don't do that before you receive the confirmation. Or at least make sure the proper credits are displayed before you cancel.
I ended up calling customer service, and she had to get some technical help to restore the two credits that had paid for the cancelled booking.

By checking daily, so far I've refared 10 itins & replaced 8 w/ Ding! fares for total savings of $218, and WN won't even be here for almost 2 mos. yet.
