I guess my point, always looking for the easiest way, is to find out if an Ontario health card with a picture is acceptable form of ID with a original birth certificate to get her into Mexico and Canada? Passport is not an option for her for a couple of reasons, this is one of the reasons I was taking her to Mexico where it is not a requirement.
