It's taken me 1.5 hrs on weekdays at that time from Mayfair, so from Canary Wharf, you could be taking a serious risk of missing your flight.
I'm on a J award using NW miles, no availability out of LCY. I have a backup award for the next day, just in case I miss this flight, but I'd hate to lose a day.
