That was my joking suggestion, but, now, in all seriousness, if you're on a J fare, can you go ex-LCY and connect at FRA or somewhere of the sort? It's most definitely worth it if you can. It's taken me 1.5 hrs on weekdays at that time from Mayfair, so from Canary Wharf, you could be taking a serious risk of missing your flight.
