I'm thinking about buying this card - but I have a question. As I was reading the benefits, it says

One (1) Courtyard Resort Pass certificate, valid any night at the special rate of Baht 999++ per night. Valid for up to 3 consecutive nights at any of the following Courtyard hotels:
Courtyard by Marriott Phuket at Patong Beach,
Courtyard by Mariott Phuket at Surin Beach,
Courtyard by Marriott Phuket at Kamala Beach,
Courtyard by Marriott Hua Hin at Cham Am Beach. Subject to availability and not valid during periods of high hotel occupancy.


According to xe.com, 999 Baht = $30 - can this be right? What do they consider "High Hotel Occupancy"?
