Quite possibly. And whilst my original post may seem harsh I have come across a few good agents but overall my experience is tarnished with these latest few experiences.
It's a pity because I feel that what NW has worked very hard it for years is just gone now.
There is little doubt that Chisholm has been 'retrained' by DL now, and that the behavior you saw was a direct result. However, some of the agents are still very helpful, in the NW tradition.
I for one lament the changeover in Chisholm. It was a shining star in the NW universe. Now it has been tainted with blue paint, and there is nothing we can do about it except vote with our feet.
