Okay. I sent in a note with as many details as possible explaining what I believed happened, including what I believed that I heard and citing the example of the passenger who was issued a middle seat when many aisles were available. I also stated that I did not have any first-hand knowledge of the situation, but that I was hoping there could be some clarification on how seats are issued. I will let you know if / when I hear back.
