Same here. I find this behavior disturbing, and I would hope someone at Amon Carter would, too. If the OP provides flight information, it should be pretty easy for them to research if they so choose. (It's too bad that the OP wasn't issued a BP by this agent - providing the agent's sine in the report would be completely appropriate.)
