Hi Joanna. Thanks for your reply. As a organizer of travel (I wouldn't call my self a PA but I guess in a round about way that's exactly what I do but for groups of people rather than individuals!). If we we're to book these Highflyers fares would the traveler be entitled to miles or does the discount mean that no one gets the miles? I'm not trying to horde them all for myself although I always travel with the groups so I'd like to get my miles at least.

Thanks for the headsup about the new phone number, I'll give it a try today. I've booked approx 3 returns for my various groups since being a member and had to (try) to use the website and end up using the ICC every time as it keeps going wrong.
