Do you have a non-BA flight in there? That's the only time I've seen MMB show 'N/A'. For BA flights it seems to add up something, even if it's wrong (e.g., 0 in the case of MFU'd legs). With non-BA flights in the booking (even ones it can count perfectly well for posting in the end) it gives up the ghost and says 'N/A'. So you may well be fine in the end too.
