Ms JG and I had dinner there last week with friends from Metairie. We all had low expectations because of our experiences over the last 10 years, and because we've heard plenty of reports like yours from our friends. But we were very pleasantly surprised. We had a really great meal - as good as those we used to get in the 80's - and the service was impeccable.

So hopefully that means the kitchen under Tory McPhail has regained it's rhythm. Or maybe we had too many Sazeracs.
