I have two issues open, one of the them also about refunding a ticket. No reaction, neither to phone calls, nor to emails, let alone snail letters. Nothing than the the automated response "we received your message".
If possible I avoid LX since then. Being based in Zurich it's however not always possible, but my regular London (LCY or LHR) flights, about four times a year, clearly go to BA like Silvergirl's! And my flights to Germany go to LH ...
