I googled but I could not find anything on seating for the various trains in the UK? There seems to be nothing on the actual train companies websites.

And when you book a train there seems to be no option of choosing a seat, either before or after.

Does anyone have anymore insight into this. Anyone have a seat layout?

If for example I got D60A on a train what does that mean? Is that window or isle?
