I was very pleased with the spa at the Sheraton in Ningbo. It was different than the majority of hotel spas I've been to in China. I've been to a few spas outside of hotels (very few as the majority tend to cater to men) and have been extremely disappointed in the Shangri La's when it comes to hotel spas.
