Don't even get me started on all the details of why I know this, but it relates to an e-ticket that I never received, and was "overwritten" by a later payment related to the same itinerary. AArrgh!
Out of curiosity I went to the link and plug in PNR and Passenger's last name - all it pulled up is 2 previous versions of reissued tickets that belong to me. I gather because these 2 have taxes payment. However, the ticket belongs to spouse under the same PNR does not show up at all.

Then I just discover AA has again re-issued these tickets because one JL flight CTS to NRT changed departure time from 2:25PM to now 1:45PM. I thought time changed but same flight number does not need re-issuance of ticket?!
