After another read of the T&C's, this time on the Hampton site, I find this:

"This offer is subject to availability and only certain rates apply.",

I wonder what that could mean. How are we to determine if our rate applies? I book with corporate rate most of the time, unless AAA or weekend rates are cheaper. Also, what is the availability? Is it up to the individual property to decide?
