Sarcasm aside, dead humans (when not properly preserved) are a public health threat, and would be dangerous to other people on the aircraft.

I'd say they are probably a much bigger danger than knives or guns, as they are don't require intent to cause harm (most knives or guns detected at checkpoints probably represent no actual threat).
