Booked a regular room and was upgraded to a beautiful Corner Suite. Overlooked the Delta Bessbourough and the skaing rink.

This was a Saturday night stay.

I didnt get offered a platinum ammentity, and forgot to ask about it. Should I be following up with customer service to recieve this, or contact the hotel directly?
