Thanks for the input with regards to my question concerning the ICC Centurion product.

When I applied for the PLAT charge card last year even though I applied myself AMEX did ask for a reference from my Bank which as it turns out is also a private bank ;-)

however I am wondering if there is any particular threshold that has to be reached before an invitation is forthcoming.
