1. Yes, he did state he was doing about a million miles a year - couldn't find the link. Claimed 1/2 cent/mile was his threshold. Seems OK to me.

2. Apparently, he doesn't fly that much on paid trips (lots of award thavel, though ), so the flying bonus doesn't matter here. At least, that was my impression.

3. He also does not appear to have a business that he can launder miles through - and that wouldn't get near 1/2 cent/mile anyhow.

I'm impressed with satori who seems to do between 0.3 and 0.7 cents/mile. Sweet.

Maybe I'm just not payin' 'tention enough.
