On my first trip home to Costa Rica yesterday I overnighted in ATL to catch the 9:45 a.m. to SJO. The old Biz Elite Crown Room is now closed until midafternoon - this results in the old CR being packed to the gills!

There were a few, and i mean less than 5, open seats. One poor bartender - overwhelmed for sure - people waited 5 minutes for fresh coffee! With the Tokyo and China flights, in addition to latin america/mexico flights its crazy to have this small space open for all the biz elite and cr members!

Anybody else notice this?
