How warm/cold are the VIE lounges and the VIE airport in general this time of the year? I didn't expect to be transiting Europe but may end up with 4+ hours of transit in VIE this weekend.
The airport is heated during winter times. So you can wear a shirt in the lounge only and you will be fine.
