LH F has exceptionally good food. Issue is the 2x2 seating on the 747's, although the Airbus fleet has solo seats. Remember that LH J is a sloping seat and I would NOT want to sit on that all the way to EZE.

Don't get too hung up about not getting 'cash and miles' on LH F. You can use the saving on the 'cash' bit to buy yourself a pile of BMI miles, so it cancels out some (not all) of the extra miles needed!
