I'd guess it's one tea per stay, the "per night" applies to the evening cocktails and canapes.

Note that the fitness facilities and pool are available to all guests for free. It's only the spa that is charged for non-diamonds (adds jacuzzi use mainly).

The deli gift will be a food gift, as you note, nice but not spectacular.

I don't believe these packages are great value for the premium charged, you might consider just getting the room. If you don't want breakfast at Girandole(costs about Y2500-3000 per person) every day, there is a coffee shop in the basement of the Park Tower building (just one elevator ride away) that serves a moderately priced light breakfast for Y600-800. Also the deli serves light breakfast on weekdays.

Airport pickup service is charged at around $300! If you asked in advance, I bet there is a fairly good chance they would give you the ride back instead. The train costs $35 per person plus $7 taxi to the train station. So this alone might justify the difference if the car service is important to you.
